Neil Berman
Associate
Neil Berman handles a wide variety of personal injury cases, including products liability, automobile accidents, toxic torts, wrongful death, and premises liability matters. He is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Mr. Berman earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington. During law school, he was a clerk at the Santa Clara University School of Law Northern California Innocence Project, which seeks to exonerate innocent prisoners and pursue legal reforms that address the causes and consequences of wrongful convictions.
Outside of his practice, Mr. Berman is dedicated to helping members of the community that need legal assistance. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California, an organization dedicated to protecting the constitutional right to trial by jury for all consumers and championing the cause of those who deserve redress for injury to person or property and resisting efforts to curtail the rights of such injured persons.
