Cheryl P. Weiner possesses more than 15 years of legal experience handling a wide variety of personal injury cases, including products liability, automobile accidents, toxic torts, wrongful death, and premises liability matters.  

In addition to Ms. Weiner's commitment to providing exceptional legal services, she spends much of her time helping members of the community.  She participates in the Court-Directed Mediation Panel for the County of Monterey, the California Teachers Association Group Legal Services, and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group, a non-profit organization that advocates on behalf of injured workers.
