Cheryl P. Weiner

Cheryl P. Weiner is the managing partner of the Civil Litigation Dept. and has over 16 years of legal experience handling complex litigation including a wide variety of personal injury cases arising from products liability, automobile accidents, toxic torts, wrongful death, and premises liability matters. Ms. Weiner was lead counsel on a chemical exposure case that resulted in one of the highest personal injury verdicts in Monterey County. 

In addition to Ms. Weiner's commitment to providing exceptional legal services, she spends much of her time helping members of the community. She is a Court appointed mediator and provides pro-bono services for litigants who participate in the Court Directed Mediation Program. She volunteers her time and services to Consumer Attorneys of California, American Association for Justice and the Workplace Injury Law & Advocacy Group. She received her Juris Doctorate from Monterey College of Law.
