N. Michael Rucka possesses more than 40 years of legal experience and focuses exclusively on representing injured parties in workers' compensation and Social Security Disability (SSDI) benefits matters. Mr. Rucka is certified as a Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and his reputation in the Monterey Bay area legal community has earned him Martindale-Hubbell's prestigious "AV" rating, which indicates that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.
Mr. Rucka is a past National Chair of the Workplace Injury Litigation Group, a non-profit organization that advocates on behalf of injured workers. In 1993, the California Applicants' Attorneys Association awarded him its Eugene Marias Lifetime Achievement Award.
